How to start a return

Email us within 14 days of receiving your order: info@minidreamsdecor.com. Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send the item.

Ship the item back to:

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about refund approval.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
Damages, faults or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@minidreamsdecor.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and either replace the item, offer a refund, or arrange carrier claim handling.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable items — MinidreamsDecor
Please note that items that are made to order or personalised in our shop are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. This includes (but is not limited to):

All made-to-order crib mobiles and custom mobiles.

Personalised items (e.g. name additions, embroidered details, custom colour combinations).

Bespoke or specially commissioned orders created to customer specifications.
If a personalised or made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@minidreamsdecor.com with clear photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Why personalised items are non-returnable
Personalised and made-to-order products are made specifically for you and cannot easily be resold to another customer. For that reason, and in line with consumer protection rules, these items are excluded from our standard return rights unless faulty.
EU customers — 14-day cooling-off right
If your order was shipped to an EU address, you generally have the right to cancel and return standard (non-personalised) goods within 14 days of receipt. This cooling-off right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items as described above. Standard (non-personalised) items may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest approach is to return the original (see above) and place a new order for the replacement. If you need help reserving a replacement before you send the return, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Refunds — timing & method

After we receive and inspect your return we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact info@minidreamsdecor.com
