Processing time
All mobiles are made to order. Processing time begins when your payment is confirmed.

Handmade mobiles: 1–3 weeks to process.

Other products: 1–2 weeks to process.
If you need an item faster, select FedEx Express at checkout or contact us to request an expedited processing slot (additional fees may apply).
Shipping methods & estimated delivery
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard (postal / economy) — tracked:

European countries: 1–1.5 weeks

Canada: 2–3 weeks

Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
Express (FedEx / courier) — tracked and insured: 3–6 business days worldwide (select at checkout).
Note: Estimated delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date and do not include processing time (see above). Transit times may fluctuate during peak seasons (holidays, sales) or due to customs delays.
Customs, duties & taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. For many countries we provide an estimate of duties at checkout; final assessment is made by your local customs authority. If duties are unpaid, your parcel may be delayed or returned — the customer is responsible for any resulting fees.
Tracking & delivery
All shipments are sent with tracking. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships. If tracking shows an issue (stuck in transit, returned to sender), contact us at info@minidreamsdecor.com and we’ll help resolve it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and include photos of the damaged packaging and item (if applicable). We will open a claim with the carrier and depending on the outcome, offer a replacement or a refund.
Returns & exchanges

We offer 14-day returns on non-custom items (item must be unused and in original condition). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Custom / personalised mobiles (name added, colour-made to order) are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
To start a return, email info@minidreamsdecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Packaging & gift options
All orders are securely packaged for international transit. Gift wrap and personalised notes are available — choose at checkout.
Peak season & delays
During holidays and high demand periods processing and shipping times may increase. Please order early for baby showers and special occasions.
